@vaughn-taylor if it's not on Bet365 it's probably just not got coverage, they usually have every game worth trading, which league was it?

Short answer no

There are plenty of free options - Sofascore/Flashscore being two pick the one you like andstick to it otherwise you may get inconsistencies in how action is recorded.
