Lay the female horse

About 10 years ago i had a strategy for laying the female horses in a mixed races. I have just checked results from yesterday and found that out of 23 filly's or mares that was priced 10s or under only 3 went on to win the race. Out of 6 who started favorite only 1 won, low odds on offer giving us low liability. Have you tested this strategy before? What do you guys think to laying the female horse? My thoughts are females have a disadvantage over males in terms of speed and strength which should lead to them not winning many races. I will continue to paper trade my results. -

Female horses are more erratic than males. A bit like women, but I never said that!

Update on lay female horse.
incredible day, after 15 selections only 1 went on to win there was 5 favorites none won including a 1.2 favorite Coachill losing a 3 horse race. The average odds on the 15 selections was 5.7 .
I am not a member of the horse racing section so i do not know if the strategy can be back tested or not. i joined BTC as i wanted to learn and master football trading. Horse race trading will have to wait for now, with no football to trade and a week off work gave me the opportunity to paper trade my old strategy.
What are the thoughts of BTC are todays results too good to be true?
Can i back test the strategy with the software?
Any other thoughts on the strategy? -
