The weather isn’t looking too bad from what I can see during play, I’d expect as usual it won’t be as bad as early forecasts predict,we might lose 1 or 2 sessions. Hopefully the price will keep hammering in, odds of 3 is a massive value lay for Headingley in my opinion

Yes, my thoughts as well Tom. however, my App says continuous breaks from days 2 to 5. Also, neither side has an incentive to win.

@stuart-wallace cheers for that could be a back to lay kick things off

exactly what i'm doing, and gonna keep a regular eye on the forecast.

I backed at 3.8 and now 3.4 - obviously people now looking at the worsening weather situation.
What do you think it could go to ?
I'm thinking of greening up at 3.1 .

Leeds early forecast any weather guru’s out there

    Nathan,

Weather looks grim for Leeds for this weekend with my App (XC Weather) with 14.6 mm (6 inches !) forecast for Sat night !
Apart from Thursday, which looks clear, it seems that Leeds will be affected by rain every day.

I beleieve Headingley has the new drainage system , so might not be too much affected however outfield will be very wet.
The LTD price has been reflected in this, and is currently at 3.85.

Does anybody know what price ENG went to when 4 wickets down?

Yep. I checked that in play. Massive 1.02 to back...

Even when Malan was given lbw before he reviewed it didn't move. I think because England kept Jos in the locker for emergency use the market assumed he'd save the day.

But yes they went from 1.01 lay only, to 1.02 back/1.03 lay.

@kevin-gedny glad as a Somerset fan I didn’t touch them as I assumed the value was with Essex being underdogs defending 180+ 🤷🏻‍♂️

No trades for me on England match, no value for me.

And looks like India is going to be washed out.

Not even looked at Blast so think I'll have the rest of the day off.

ENG 1.01 to Lay, yet still need 148 more off 28 overs !

Might be to do with the 10 an over Eng went at last match lol.

I had a nice trade earlier on Oz, generated a "free bet" on them, then went out for Fathers Day lunch. Come back to see SL are strong favourites so probably going to be scratch... slightly annoying.

@nathan-bennett Same with Aus game, backed 260+ 270+ and 280+

Would have preferred england to bat first for run lines so just leaving that game alone

Draw price coming in heavy for Headingley, looking forward to this test already 👀

appears a good deck outfield slick
AUS run line started at 301
AUS line up batting is deep
Had a small bet over 282 runs to kick off

Not sure what the odds were, but all five teams who scored 180+ batting first won in The Blast last night.
