The BTC Football Trading Thread

Personally delighted cos half of this lot over here switched teams from France to Italy half way through the Euros - which is in itself a crime worthy of sacking if you ask me.. now one of them tells me because Italy are out he will support Portugal, I just can't even speak to him any more .. how is that even a thing?

Absolutely. While I can get involved in watching, say, Costa Rica against China and enjoy the game, the level is nowhere near most Euro games.

Not with the current Australian squad unfortunately. Plenty of A-League guys in there at the moment. Doesn’t help when you have half the squad out with Covid and a lack of depth.

Bracing myself for first WC in a while without the Aussies. They didn’t make one for the first 28 years of my life so I guess I’ve been spoilt since 2006

I know it's A League and anything goes but looks like the top two Jets goal scorers aren't in the squad
