Havnt been able to watch any of the play today, but sounds like pitch getting lower and lower. This session is crucial , coz if England can get through and get batting again by start of session 3 then its likely ENG will set a total where WI will have to bat thru all of day 5.
Showing a small red at moment (but 1 wicket for ENG will get me back into Green), but looking forward to first 20 mins of this session before i do anything drastic.

Surely we cant have 2 successive drawn Tests !?

I'm in the exact same boat... built up some good green across the first couple of days, but now dropped into a tiny red as i re-entered the draw lay yesterday.

I'd like several wickets this session ideally but it seems to be getting harder to find them as the match goes on.

@stuart-wallace If West Indies get 100 or so lead going to be difficult with our batting probably be 5 down before we get into positive territory.

Englsnd need quick wickets with the new ball after lunch

@matt-ayles think it will shorten more. Day 3 and 4 will be easier to bat. While both batting line ups are average at best, so is the bowling. I've backed it hoping to flip it short.

Seems to get harder to take wickets as the ball ages and the day goes on. Although we had 6 wickets on day 1 and 8 on day 2... fingers crossed 10 fall tomorrow lol.

Draw price under 4s now too.

@andrew-macdonald hopefully he'll be ok after a couple of cucumber sandwiches.

Its really windy so that surely has to help the bowlers.

@matt-ayles it will be intruguing to see how they cope with the pitch early on. Poor Woods looks shattered already!

Re-entered the draw lay earlier so a couple of early Windies wickets would be nice.

If England can get up to 300..... you would have taken that 24 hours ago!

What an over from Sophie Ecclestone! 3 wickets maiden. Windies under pressure from run rate and wickets now.
