    Perfect game to trade

    Laid India at 1.10

    Laid Sri Lanka at 2.4

SL odds on again in the chase, did SL backers not learn after Aus?

    India are incredibly short

IND have gone from 1.11 to 1.07 in 20 mins, and the game has yet to start !

@luke-weston Same here, i dont like leaving open bets and going to bed , like you, i have been caught out by this before (NZ v BAN first test).
I havnt watched any of the game , is it a green wicket? 3rd day at Hagley tends to be best day for batting. 2.72 does seem a bit generous for a side still 200 behind, a couple of early wickets will knock the stuffing out of 2.72 thats for sure.
Def Lay NZ, big wins if they lose early wickets, small losses if they dont.

cashed out a small green on LTD before I went to bed last night. I don't like leaving trades running when I can't do anything about them, have been caught out like that before!

Looking at NZ odds now, and 2.72 seems very generous considering they are still over 200 runs behind. A rapid spell from Rabada could finish them off. Having said that, they do have a strong tail capable of knocking off a deficit in quick time. I'm thinking a back of SA at evens for some early wickets and letting it run if they get them.

Couldn’t stay awake for NZ innings but this could be shaping up for a lovely trade tonight

Tbh I put myself in a bad predictiment last night.

    I took NZ on 5 @ 5 (lay 2.5 at 3.4 and 3)

Probably laying the draw tonight might have been a better shot. But I was waiting for it to go more towards 2 not sure how long that would of taken tbh. Still learning how it all moves etc.

Just trying to get liability out at moment

    @simji
Did you lay the draw this morning ? Not sure of a good entry point at the moment , perhaps laying SA thinking NZ will bat at a good time in terms of how the pitch is and grab the 1st innings lead ready to skittle them 2nd INN and chase down a modest 4th INN

There is always talk of how these pitches get easier to bat on as they dry out for day 2-3 so I'd imagine a better price to lay the draw will definitely come

@simji market is totally shocked that SA didn’t just collapse but lightning very rarely strikes twice

Could well go more than evens, will have to keep assessing

Looking for around 2? Or do you think it will drop more.

Yesterday early on the markets was stalling quite a bit first 12/14 over is that common?

When you wake up and see it the other way. Gutting not leaving the SA back in longer than switching to NZ before bed

Yeah the draw lay would be a drip style lay re lay and re lay

    Got some 2.50 - 2.48 DRAW LAY

SA odds on with the bat would be automatic LAY i think for a swing

The draw price is getting lovely and low as SA pile on the runs, so could get some very tasty lay prices; anything below 2.5 would be brilliant. Only one match in ten at the Hagley Oval has ended all square, and once again the draw backers are forgetting how Test matches can change so completely as the match wears on. Gotta love 'em.

If SA Bat into tmr even late tonight worst case and score around 280-300 styles
This draw could go real low
