What would everyone’s strategy be in this scenario?

Kasatkina goes a set down, so time to back.. Then what?

Wait for a break or for the set to end and take the green? Or let it ride to the end of the game?

I’ve looked at pre-game lays and in-play backs for today’s selections and just want to see how others are managing this.
