Back from my holiday had a great time got engaged to my partner so was a very busy week so didnt do much trading did some O1.5 & 1 U1.5 Trade over weekend will do a update soon once iveupdated my excel. But got bigger things going on in life atm so trading will take a little back sit so can enjoy the occasion.

@akiva-anderson I’m a big believer in this too. At the start of the year I said I’ll give 10% of my profit from trading to charity. I know a lot of people dismiss charities but regardless of the larger impact it keeps you humble and grateful for what you do have.

When it comes to losing runs, I’ve just started using a target for action. For example, say 10% loss is standard, 15% is your worst recorded run, 20% is double your standard but not out the realm of possibility, 25% pause trading.
Basically, some sort of trading “threat level” and a response. It’s impossible to avoid losing trades and everyone loss shouldn’t be treated the same.

Everyone should give to charity. 10% if your finances should go to charitable causes. Easier said than done. I need to work on that a bit better myself.
Big believer that if you can’t give 10% of your finances then try to give 10% of your time
