BTC Results Sheet

@ben-price As far as I know xG would be a custom stat, probably B365's own formula. I don't think there's an industry standard way of calculating it but correct me if I'm wrong! We do have our own expected goals figure in our ratings though.
O1.5 and O2.5 prices: No problem, will be adding those in an update to the sheet this week

Any chance of the data including xG? Or is that not possible to get from bet365 data source. Also how likely is O1.5 and O2.5 pre off prices?
Thanks, for the replies.
Do you have a theroy about xG?
Just wanted to compare to it to how a game ended up. And look if there is an angle. We have the Goal Expectancy on the Football Ratings which I use to give me another level of detail but for historical I would be interested if there are any patterns to be found

First thing I noticed is Draws are shown as away wins.
Thanks, this is now fixed. Draws now shown as "X".
A suggestion - this may be difficult to implement being from a different source but pulling results from the sheet would be easier if the games in the results sheet had the game ID, the same as the stats software.
This will be tricky as there's no link between the sheet and the Betfair markets, so we wouldn't know the market ID. Matches in the sheet do have their own ID but it's completely different to the BF market ID!

Can you hide columns?!
Don't worry if you can't!
Yeah as @Mark-Gladwin says, if you make your own copy you can do as you like with it. This is one of the challenges really... making this usable by everyone in the easiest way possible. Making a copy is fine but currently you'd have to do that every day as the results come in!

I would be particularly interested in seeing more starting odds for other markets such as O0.5, O1.5, and O0.5 first half.
Thanks @Matthew-Davies, have noted these and should be able to add them.

@matthew-davies me too, I'd love odds for the Overs, First Half Overs and BTTS if possible, hope that isn't too much to ask!
Thanks @James-H. Only one I'm not sure about here is the BTTS but I will check and add if possible!
@mark said in BTC Results Sheet:
I wondered whether we could have a column to confirm the percentage of dangerous attacks v attacks? I know @Martin-Futter has mentioned he likes to see at least 66% of attacks are dangerous in previous podcasts before entering goal markets
Great idea, will add this in!
And I don't know if this is even possible, but could it track the price of 1X2 after a goal is scored? I'm testing a filter at the moment and selfishly that would help me a great deal. Probably asking for too much, but thought I'd throw it in
I think we currently only get the 1x2 prices up until kick off but will check.
I take it we can filter by league, team etc?
Yes, if you make a copy and go to Data -> Create a filter, you can filter whichever leagues, teams, etc.

With this data is there any way that you can make a column next to match odds with the results. With colours so it makes it easier to read?
I don't really want to duplicate a column that's already in there but we could move the prices closer to the results if that's a better place for them...
-
@mark-gladwin Wanted it with points win, Also the sheet doesnt count for draw's. If the game ends in a draw the sheet says away team won?

Yeah Ben - if you make a copy of it you can copy and paste the results column after the match odds column and make it any colour you want.

@mark You can filter anything you want, you just have to make a copy.
For anyone using excel, I found that download as .ods was the only format that worked correctly. Once you have your copy downloaded, you can just copy & paste each days new results.

@Adam-Williams Firstly mate, this looks ace. Has the potential to be a fantastic bit of kit for members

Hi Keith - you can hide columns - you just need to make a copy first - if you click "file" and "make a copy" it opens an editible version for you.
Cheers mate!
