Newbie From Newcastle

Hi everyone, I' Steve from Newcastle. I've been trying to make my trading work for quite a few years now and I'm afraid to say I suffer from "Going on tilt syndrome" it kills mew walking away from a trade in the red and even though I know it's wrong there are time I cannot help myself but to look for a trade to recoup which is not even there if you know what I mean.
I've joined BTC to try and follow in the foot steps of some of the more successful and looking to gain advice from the people who have been there and done that.
I would really like to be able to make this a full time thing and look forward to offering advice to those that may need it from myself in the future. Please let me know your thoughts and what you did to stop yourself going on tilt and maybe share with me a few of the methods thats working for you until I can find myself round the forum and site correctly.Stay green everyone!!

@steven-brown
Echo the book @Chris-Watts has said its a good one, I've started using Headspace as well the last few years - took me a while to get into mediation but it does work.
I created these as well
