Great podcast, thanks for continuing to put this type of content out. I’m gonna listen to this one a few times more as it’s a topic I’ve definitely suffered from.

One method I’ve found effective personally whenever this pops into my trading is to start thinking in “tranches” I.e I’m going to achieve £100 or some other nominal but realistic number and then every small green eats into that. If I just focus on that I found that it stopped me getting greedy and over trading markets turning small green screens into red ones whilst chasing those bigger wins.

Over a week or a month I also found that I could achieve the nominal amount over and over again which helped to reinforce the little and often approach and dramatically cut down my horror shows!
