Afternoon everyone, Im Ste and I joined yesterday afternoon after watching a lot of your youtube videos and deciding that this seemed like the right type of place and environment for me to join and hopefully improve my trading.
I'm from Liverpool and a big LFC fan but happy to talk footy with anyone and hopefully give a fair and balanced opinion even when we lose. Have already seen Ryan's comment on a previous post about "this year being Liverpool's year", which made me chuckle, although i did forget to check the date as some of us do seem to have been saying that for a long time!
Ive been on betfair for a long time but only really tried my hand at trading for short bursts as a hobby and interest really. I love using stats for my football bets and see a horse race as more of a puzzle to try and solve so i like getting stuck into the details - this seems the type of environment that will encourage and help that sort of approach.
I would like to develop my skills and knowledge further and interact with like minded people which is why i joined the community. I hope in time i will be able to help with some ideas / suggestions too perhaps once i have a good go with the stats software (which looks like an excellent piece of kit by the way).
Answered most of the intro questions but fear i'm rambling on a bit now....anyway I will be getting stuck in to previous blog posts and reading a lot so hopefully i don't ask too many questions that have already been covered plenty of times before me.

Big game tomorrow and hopefully the reds can kickstart the weekend with a big lunchtime win. Lloris and Alli missing for Spurs could help us too.

Thank you for an excellent intro piece, great to let the other members know who you are etc... seems you have the right approach as well wanting to get into the stats to pick apart the puzzle, I am sure I speak for all the members but if you need anything just ask - we are always happy to help!
