Hello all, Im not exactly a new member as I have been a member for nearly 4 months now. Im sorry I never done this before, I have just been focused on trying to learn whats going on and getting my head around the football and horse racing software. Firstly I would like to thank all the members who have contributed to the forum, I have been reading most days and the info shared on there has helped a great deal.
Im not sure what the format of these posts are so just going to wing it, I have been trading for over 4 years now and my best course so far was Steve Howes pre race trading. This was brilliant and just as I was getting the hang of it, about 2 years ago my actual job got pretty s**t and for the last 2 years I have little time to implement it. Being so busy in work Mon-Fri and coming home to 3 kids left me no chance to concentrate on racing. When I look at pre race trading nowadays I find very little opportunities, maybe its out of practice or the markets are more difficult, im not sure. Anyway during this time I still look for opportunities in the markets when I have time and continue to try and develop strategies. Its a difficult gig to be honest.

I always try and learn and searched for podcasts that would help along the way, by doing this the best I have come across are Peter Webb, Caan Berry, FTS betslip and most recently BTC. I have to be honest the sales pitch to BTC lured me in but after nearly 4 months I have not regretted a minute.

The forum on BTC has been amazing, for the past 3 months I have subscribed to the horse racing stats and the football stats. The information that has been shared is unbelievable, honestly, I feel like it has taken me to the next step. I have been following all the shared strategies on the horses and football and in the last month I have actually been placing £2 bets (testing) on some football strategies with already around 20pts profit for the month. It really is great stuff and massive thanks to all.
Now is the point that I have decided to post as I have 2 weeks off work, and I am fully concentrating on what next. I regretfully will be giving up on the horse racing software, the variance in some of the strategies particularly over the past 2 months has left me doubtful that i would like to continue, however the football strategies have given me hope that there could be a successful set and forget strategy to progress with. I am not saying the horse racing is not great, it's just I cannot focus on everything and as the footy has been good it's probably worth progressing and pay more attention to it.
I feel like this is a long post, hopefully its not bored too many people. Im looking forward to communicating more with everyone in the future.

@alan-dawson Great to have you here and posting here.

I know Steve great bloke, I have recommended his course to a fair few people now. I must ring him actually, that's reminded me!

Great that you have found the forum so helpful, what about the sales pitch clinched it for you?
