What stage are you at in your trading journey: I started 1.5 years a go with betfair but then it got banned in my country. Now I'm living in Mexico and there it is allowed. It was one of the reasons to move to Mexico instead of an other country where betfair is not allowed :). My Sport is Footbal live trading. Lay low is my most profitable strategie for so far.
My goal is to add to my profit with set and forget strategies on football and in horse racing. Horseracing mostly because the new software you build.
I'm not professional yet but my goal is to become one.What's your background? I did a lot but now i'm a private stock market trader
Why did you join BTC? I was following you guys for a long time and decided to try it and i like the stats that you BTC provides
What do you hope to get from the community? A community and also all the software etc. and maybe in the future also a backtesting option for football would be nice.
What are some of your trading goals?n I want so make one % profit a day with all my trading and this is the same for sports trading
My overall goal for the moment is to approach this as professional as i can despite that i'm a amateur at the moment.

i also just discovered the ELO ratings so i will be implementing this in my match selection.
i would like to discover more from the forum. I never use forums or things like this and i'm not yet used to how it works.

What is working really well is inplay laying at 1.1 ods or lower.
Here by a example of last week:
Wales VS Netherlands it was still 0-0 by half time. I was watching live and i know how we play as the national team so i was expecting at least some goals.
i put a lay order under 2.5 goals at 1.1 watch what happens and analyse the match. after the 1-1 i decided to leave the trade open because there was an incentive and momentum for us to score another goal. if it would be 0-2 then i would close for a profit.i also do it when the favo is behind and lay at ods of 1.1
i want a favo that is dominant and pressing for a goal, I like it when the favo is playing at home. also i look for incentive or motivation in a game.
do they have to win because ..... or is there not realy some thing to loose. -

what are you currently doing on low odds lays that is working well? sounds like you are on the right tracks already!
