What stage are you at in your trading journey?
Been a mug punter for to long around 15 years, had some great success during lockdown with a variation of matched betting but ultimately led to bookies account closed, have been trading since then
What's your background? Chemical industry
Why did you join BTC?
Came across BTC via YouTube and then started listening to the podcasts. You guys just talk so much sense and literally strip trading back to the bare bones. Already helped me with thought processing so thought I’d join see what else I could learn and hopefully help others along the way
What do you hope to get from the community?
The goal is to create a viable income stream but mainly be able to talk to people who are like minded. As Ryan pointed out in of his videos it’s a very lonely road trading.

Is that what put you off working with Peter Webb the time involved?

@ryan I started backing horses with bookies and laying them on exchange trying to predict price movements, that led me to Peter Webb and bet angel but unfortunately I can’t dedicate the time required for that type of trading daily
I agree simple is best, once things start getting complicated it usually leads to losses and frustration

Where did you go after the matched betting to find out about trading?
I love the comments about stripping it back to the bare bones, I am a simple bloke, I want a simple life. Too many people complicate trading lol
