wow that's fascinating that you are in the industry, what are your thoughts on the way it's going? I agree the shops are on their way out!
I would say you can 100% do this, put your skills to trading and you will do very well, you are in the right place as well - everything you need to succeed is in this group! But of course I am going to say that, but it really is true its not just Martin and I helping its all the other guys.
