Hello everyone
My name is Anthony and i'm from Liverpool and don't support Everton.
I'd say i'm intermediate when it comes to trading as i've been dabbling with it, off and on, for years.
I have a background in teaching and computers, as I have a Masters in History and a have spent 20 years working on Windows based machines (and putting them together) but i'm now going over to Linux.
My reason for joining BTC is to be profitable as i've had no luck recently and to learn a few methods.

@martin Hey, thanks a lot! I have never been trading before, only betting and it's very different.
I trade on soccer now only. For now, I am trading only lay the draw, lay the draw at half time and over 1.5.For now, the success is limited, I am on a minus. I am also testing a lot of things out and playing for 1€ per bet. The reasons are sometimes I pick random games (beginner mistake xD), also I believe I cash out too early. Many games do not end in a draw and I could profit much more not cashing out immediately. So I either have to cash out partially in games where the favorite is leading for example or have a much better selection of games. Ideally both! I am learning a lot, seeing some patterns, relations of stats to bet results. It is really fun. Hope I can improve my results soon.
I listened to a couple of podcast series and find them very helpful. I have many ideas in my head and started to build my trading strategies. One of those is to filter games where U 8.5 corners are expected and wait for 10-15 minutes to be played. If two corners or more have been given, then back the U 9.5 corner market.
The same can be applied for the U 2.5 goals market. In a game where the U 2.5 goals result is likely and which saw for example 2 goals within 30 minutes, then I would back the U 3.5 goals market, possibly cashing out (at least partially at half-time, and maybe at minute 60). I am building filters for those games and will try them out! Will be very interesting to watch. I will share my results if promising.
