Hi Guys,
My name is Viorel and I'm from Romania and I'm a software quality assurance engineer.
I have a long experience with football bets, probably going on 10 years, but now it's time for something to change.
I 'm a beginner trader, I have under 50 trades in right now. For the time being I have a very small bank, around 100 pounds and I trade with a 2 pounds stake - at first that came as a shock, but I think that is exactly what I need right now for my mentality to change.
After such a long, and not that happy betting (gambling) experience, is time for something new. I need to educate myself not to chase quick high profits (I was often betting on odds bigger than 5-10x with as much as 50% of my bank at the time), not to try and recover the perpetual loss, ending up losing even more.
I had a previous attempt to get in to betfair trading, maybe 3-4 years ago, but then I was not ready to understand that this is not betting.
I already watched some of the videos on youtube and I found myself in some of the advices that Ryan and Martin were giving: e.g not to bet/trade when you are anxious and it's ok not to take every trade.
I was also blown away by the football software, I was trying a couple of years ago to make something like this, but I was light years from what you guys have here:).From the community I hope to learn about bank management, trading strategies, learn trading other sports (cricket for example).

Welcome along to the community Viorel.
Hope you find success. If you want my opinion, I bought the BTC academy package and its really good especially the mentality sections and without that I don't think I would have lasted as long as I have!

Great that your are starting with a small bank. If you can managed your trading mentality with a small bank, you should be able to handle the big bankroll in the future.
