Hi Boys and Girls,
My name is Paul, i am 56 from Bristol, i have recently completed a course on football trading elsewhere and made a handful of trades, however , i stumbled on BTC which looks to be better value, i have a Betfair account with a small deposit, i am looking to start taking trading seriously and am giving myself a couple of months to really get to know trading confidently, my goal after 2 months is to grow my account by 10% per month, my long term goal would be to trade full time within 4 years. -

If you are wanting to test the daily emails from Martin then a lot of the work has been done for you in that these are proven strategies that are profitable. However, and I was very guilty of this when I started, just jumping in with two feet and placing money is not the way to do it.
I would suggest you might like to set yourself up a spreadsheet for each of the strategies you like from the daily list. When Martin sends the list each day, put those games onto your sheet. Then, using the guides in the beginners guide and the individual strategy guide, go through each game looking for the key players in the teams and things like the motivation of each team.
Once you have those notes watch the game and the relevant market on betfair to see how things flow. If you feel you are confident and understand what is going on, place a "trade" on your spreadsheet (no actual money on betfair), noting the time of entry, the score and the odds you entered at. Then follow how the trade is ment to play out, according to the strategy, and enter the result on your sheet.
This will be your fastest way to understanding exactly how the strategy works and you will start to see how the markets change as the game unfolds. Also you will have risked no money yet.
It sounds like a lot when its written out like this but once you get going it really is not that much.

Paulyes they are advised trades but you should test them first before putting money on, we always advise that when following someone else's selections.
