Hi everyone, I wanted to do a quick intro.

Started on the Betfair exchange as a newbie earlier this year mainly on football trying the lay the draw strategy.

I've had a mix bag of results so I'm really looking to have a better structure in place when trading and I'm willing to be patient at this over the next months.

@martin-futter Hi Martin, most of the time I would be getting in around halftime. The main issue was I was just making rookie mistakes by picking all kinds of different games without any kind of research or looking carefully at the half time stats.

@jag-chohan Welcome One of first strategies was lay the draw and still using it 10 years on, you are in the right place

Welcome! what time are you getting in? I've noticed a trend toward getting in later in games recently, sometimes 70 mins plus (just going for a goal rather than LTD as odds aren't that different between the two at that point)
