Who you are? Hi - I'm Tom
Where you are from? Just outside Reading
What stage are you at in your trading journey? Beginner - due to impending pay-cut at main job and zero income from side business due to Corona, was looking at ways to bring in additional income and arrived at trading via short experience with matched betting. Have been having a go with Tennis, however, can't get to grips with it and so want to concentrate on Football (a game I love and feel I have a much better understanding of) for now and maybe go back to Tennis later.
What's your background? Youth Work and Events Management
Why did you join BTC? Being honest - took the plunge after a few beers - but had been pondering it a while due to, as mentioned above, a desire to learn more about trading football, and had heard/read/seen good things
What do you hope to get from the community? Just to learn from other people, and hopefully contribute back at some stage! Have already seen some great posts and Darri's blog is really helpful
What are some of your trading goals? Modest - would like to get some profit, but not planning on it being anything other than an additional income/profitable hobby. Keen to keep things simple (life is complicated enough as it is)!
