New Kid on the Block

Hi all,
I'm Keith and from Edinburgh (but I live just outside the city). Really looking forward to learning heaps from the community.
Felt that I exhausted the matched betting option (and got fed up putting in heaps of effort for the odd few pounds here and there). I've only recently started dabbling with trading over the last month and had a good few great results the first week and then the inevitable catastrophic losses. Thankfully, it didn't put me off, it just confirmed that I had lots to learn and that the potential to earn was there.
Having essentially lived in YouTube the last few weeks I only recently discovered BTC and was impressed with the content. When I signed up to the emails and started exploring their philosophy I was fairly sure that this was the place for me.
I'm hoping the community can answer my daft newbie questions firstly. Secondly, I am a bit crap (if I'm honest) at pre match/race research so the stats tool blew my mind and think it will really help push me on. In fact, the whole community makes me feel like a kid in sweety shop. Every section I open has me screaming, 'THAT'S BRILLIANT AND JUST WHAT I NEED!'
My ultimate goal is a steady income. Ideally, I'd love to turn pro eventually and have the flexibility that working for myself and wherever I want would give. To get there, working up my strategies, building the right mindset and having fun with this and possibly making a bit extra will do just fine though.
I'm looking forward to getting as much as possible (and hopefully contributing back) to the community.

@Ryan-Carruthers Thanks for the welcome. Snooping about in the forum, i'm already seeing that the level of interaction here is brilliant and truly supportive.
Bummed there's nothing much doing in the football so tried playing with very small stakes using a couple of the BTC strategies. Backed a couple of naps to see if the price came in (they did for around 60p!). Laid the favourite in a couple of first set tennis matches and made just over £2 and scalped the favourite pre-match on a FA cup game. Happy days. Tiny risks and exposure and almost £3 up.

Thank you for such a great opening post as well, its great to have people like you here in the community who want to be part of it and appreciate the work and ethos we are trying to achieve.
