@martin-futter Thanks for your response, I am having fun with merely laying the place on these selections with small stakes and wondered why our results had differed. Many thanks for this idea......it certainly seems to have legs.

Have corrected that now, the anomaly of a dead heat for the last place position meant it wasn't showing on Timeform

@martin-futter Hi Martin, I must be doing something wrong with my interpretation of a placed selection per your email, because on the 27th you show Triple Distilled as being unplaced although it had apparently finished equal 3rd. Thus I incurred a small loss on this one. Is it me, or is your spreadsheet incorrect?
