Evening ALL new member Gary from South Derbyshire, been a gambler all my adult life almost every day and ive just turned 50. I dare not begin to think how much i have lost since 1986 enough to buy multiple 4 bedroom houses i would think. Having said that i found betfair 15 years ago and closed all my other conventional bookmaking accounts ( self exc ) with the intention of finding a losing selections and focus on laying can't be that difficult can it !! Its appears it is if you have no discipline. Ive slowed down a bit now used betangel for 2 years now and ive tried proform, timeform, back for profit, footballtradinginplayscanner and the list goes on to try and find something that works for me, of course none of them do so this is my last push for trading success before i retire. On a side note im doing a masters degree in engineering management to occupy me on my days off as a shift maintenance engineer - Liverpool fan so not all bad YNWA #Upthe reds

Firstly I too am a Liverpool fan we have a good few on here so you are in good company!

How come you think none of them worked for you?

Hi Ryan, lets move straight on from footballing matters quite simply because i kept losing money & couldn't really get anything to work with any consistency and with some groups there forums were very clicky and not very open tbh despite their claims

thanks for the reply Eamon, looking forward to looking & learning, everyday a school day as they say. I'm no novice and i am ahead most if not everyday at some point just need to start hanging on to it so i can trade into my retirement and build that property portfolio 🙂 my most successful outcomes have come from Aussie 8 dog races dutching the front 3 & laying the donkey on the horse racing markets ......and yes liverpool have been dire so far (again) and need to improve before next sunday - great finish from Ings Btw.

Welcome Gary. I too am a Liverpool fan.
Good to have you onboard, I also came from a gambling background and too have lost more than I would like to know. I have been a member of BTC since June and since August I have been profitable every month. The guys on here are brilliant and there is no such thing as a stupid question. Use the daily selections for a while until you get your own strategy is my advice and keep stakes low. Discipline is the key.

P.s poor start for the reds tonight
